The e-learning part of Gender Blended Learning in English is available from 1st of June.

Gender Blended Learning has been developed in the Erasmus+ project GENDER EDUCATION ADVANCING COMPETENCES IN CONTEXT OF CHANGING EUROPE. This project has been funded with support from the European Commission.

There are three levels of online courses available:

The basic level offers to deepen the elementary knowledge related to gender equality, especially in the working environment. It is recommended for all who want to expand their knowledge of gender and equal treatment of men and women

At an advanced level, you will focus on how to implement and promote equal treatment of men and women in companies. It is recommended for entrepreneurs, managers, leaders, human resource officers, consultants, college students, technicians and professionals from the private, state and non-profit sectors.

The expert level will help you to analyze the company in terms of equal treatment and effectively prepare the company for a gender audit. It is recommended for managers, consultants and implementers of gender audits in the private, state and non-profit sectors.
