Course Detailed Description
Technology can help improve teaching as it provides access to countless online resources. Teachers can use digital tools/apps or online resources to enhance the conventional ways of teaching, helping keep students more engaged during the lessons.
At the same time by using technology for imparting lessons, both the teacher and students can develop essential skills. Digital competence is one of the eight key competencies and refers to the confident and critical usage of the full range of digital technologies for information, communication and basic problem-solving in all aspects of life.
The main goal of this course is to get in touch with specific digital tools and applications, introduce them and learn how to use them in everyday teaching thinking about inclusion and green solutions.
Other course goals are:
- be able to choose the most suitable digital tools according to student’s needs and learning styles
- learn how to use different digital tools, providing students with the best learning experience
- get to know innovative digital tools for inclusion
- enhance collaboration and widen access to places beyond the classroom
- use digital tools to promote inclusion for learners with different learning needs
- prepare Learning Unit – Course Projects using at least three different digital tools
- think about green solutions in digital learning and implement them in the Project

think about green solutions using digital tools
digitally enhancing cooperation amongst learners while raising awareness of the goals
use ICT to support all learners in inclusive settings
