CrADLE project (2020-1-HR01-KA204-077872) - IO2
After completing work on the first intellectual output, we successfully completed the second IO of the CrADLE project. IO2 consists of two innovative materials for educators, manual and program, which will help them overcome the challenges of working with senior learners who attend creative expression workshop programs and give them concrete advice, instructions and information about teaching seniors (54+).
The main purpose of the developed manual and accompanying program is to serve as an aid and a tool for all educators who want to learn how to educate seniors, how to connect with them and establish a good relationship, how to motivate them, help them overcome possible difficulties and challenges in learning and at the same time contribute to their satisfaction and sense of achievement in the learning process. The application of this manual and program will enable educators who teach creative expression workshops to acquire specific competencies for adequate work with seniors, which will consequently lead to the educators being able to better understand the needs and problems of seniors in the learning process. The effect of sharing and disseminating acquired knowledge among educators is also important, as they will be able to share their newly acquired knowledge with other colleagues in their institutions that implement similar teaching programs for seniors.
The project holder and project partners successfully completed the manual and the program within the given deadline and translated them into all partner languages.
