CrADLE project (2020-1-HR01-KA204-077872)

The Creativity in Art&Design for Learners and Educators (CrADLE) is an Erasmus+ Project (2020-1-HR01-KA204-077872) in the Adult sector.

The project is implemented by Narodno uciliste ustanova za obrazovanje i kulturu in Croatia, in cooperation with  LJUDSKA UNIVERZA ORMOZ in Slovenia, Institutul Roman de Educatie a Adultilor in Romania, and Associação Rede de Universidades da Terceira Idade in Portugal.
The project implementation began in November 2020 and ends by November 2022.

This project aims to develop and expand the competencies of teachers who educate seniors in specialised creative expression workshops, with an emphasis on using innovative solutions as tools and teaching methods.

As the project is coming to its end, we can proudly say both intellectual outputs were completed successfully. Within IO1 we have developed 11 curricula for different creative workshops, and within IO2, we have developed Train the Trainer Manual, a tool that explains the methodology of working with seniors, and an accompanying programme for educators.

What was done: During the development of IO2, pilot workshops were carried out in each partner's country. In these workshops we educated our teachers / educators / trainers on specificities of working with seniors relying on the manual we had previously developed. Once finalized, all partners translated the manual, which is now available on the respective websites of the consortium organisations.

Multiplier Events: The Multiplier Events will be carried out during the month of September, where the project results will be disseminated, enhancing the project's sustainability.

Final Meeting: the final transnational project meeting took place in Rijeka, Croatia, at the facilities of the coordinating organisation - Narodno učilište. During the meeting, experiences and ideas were shared, the project was evaluated and future projects were discussed.
