International and interpersonal conflicts represent great challenges for us all.  It is now critical that schools and colleges take an active role in promoting constructive responses to conflict.  Teaching conflict transformation can support learners develop the necessary attitudes and skills to build community in the classroom and ultimately a safer, democratic, and just world.

This very practical and personal development programme is evidence-based and delivered through relaxed interactive workshops, collaborative learning activities, case studies, educational visits and role play.  It is designed to build the competence and confidence of education professionals in promoting constructive responses to conflict.
