Coaching Adults with ADHD
Friends of Autism & ADHD will hold a 45-minute lecture followed by a Q&A session covering ADHD related issues for teaching learners with ADHD in second level, third level and further and adult education.
This event will be facilitated by Heather Blackmore, a life and business coach who has 10 years of experience coaching adolescents and adults with ADHD. In 2016 Heather was awarded ‘ICF Ireland Health and Wellness coach of the Year’ in recognition of her work coaching clients with ADHD. She will discuss "What is ADHD coaching?", "How it works", "Who may benefit from it", "What impact ADHD coaching has had on others".
Where and When
This event will be taking place in The Bracken Court Hotel in Balbriggan on Wednesday the 10th of April between 7pm and 9pm.
