Citizenship Education in the prisons

Although Toprakkale is a small district with a population of about 10000 citizens, there are 3 prisons in the district because of the geographical suitability.

These three big prisons have lots of prisoners and Toprakkale Public Education Center supports prison administration in the educational field.

In April 2019, our education center is going to organize citizenship education conferences in each prison.

Academicians from university and teachers from schools are going to give education about citizenship and prisoners are going to learn about citizenship both in local and in national levels.

Conferences are going to be on the first day of each week and last, between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
