Call for contributions - Art, creativity and culture in lifelong learning

Focus art culture

Do you work in the cultural sector or in partnership with a cultural structure?

In this context: are you seeking to encourage the attendance of the widest possible audience, to enrich it? Have you set up artistic and cultural projects that enable staff, the public and local people to gain in competence? Are you developing innovative ways of learningPeer-to-peer training?

EPALE would like to hear your testimonials and experiences! Share your ideas and thoughts with your European colleagues. Find inspiration; build projects together!

The EPALE France, Germany, Hungary and Belgium (Flemish) teams are launching a call for contributions, in order to collect testimonies and good practices on the links between art, creativity and culture in lifelong learning.

In May, 9 articles have already been published to present this initiative. Bees pollinating museums; elderly people recounting their memories of mining; third places promoting social innovation, are some of the topics that have been covered.

In September (from 15 to 22), on the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the articles received will be published on the platform, grouped by discipline (performing arts, visual arts, architecture, heritage, etc.) and by theme (inclusion, sustainable development, citizenship, etc.).

To post a blog entry: go to EPALE. The article will be proofread. During the September thematic focus, it will be published on EPALE and shared on our social networks.

Feel free to add photos, videos, music.

Deadline for submission of articles: 20 August 2021
