BUILDING STRATEGIES FOR YOUTH EMPLOYMENT IN THE SCHOOL

Portugal, Ourém
Monday, November 19, 2018 - 10:00 CET to Friday, November 23, 2018 - 18:15 CET

Building Strategies to Youth Employment in the school is a training course that aims to create awareness in the participants about the importance of their role as youth workers in contribute to raising young people’s employability. Using formal and non-formal education methods, this training course aims at discovering and sharing new tools to empower youth workers to increase motivation and develop better projects and activities in order to increase young people’s employment opportunities.

We believe that they reinforce the link between education and actual working life; the stronger the link, the easier is job-seeking and job offering. The close collaboration between schools and companies is a key element in the development of the bridges between young people and labour market.

This course will last for 25 hours.
