Best practices in labor inclusion for people with disability
The European Project Better to Include, funded by Sepie, ended on November 30.
The various project partners, Fundación Integralia, from Spain, Associação Salvador, from Portugal and the Consortium of Social Cooperative Mestieri Lombardy, from Italy, presented one of the results expected in the project, namely a Good Practice Guide on socio-occupational inclusion of people with disabilities.
It was a time when the various representatives of the different international organisations were able to present their work and their daily commitment to building a more inclusive labour market.
In addition, three of the 28 companies collected in the guide were invited to speak about their experience and their good practices in the field of inclusion of people with disabilities.
They spoke: Carla Jorge Da Costa, BNP Paribas from Portugal, Mara Adobati, FormidAbili - Leroy Merlin from Italy and Esteve Picola, Mútua de Terrassa from Spain.
