The course provides practical tools to support adults in their learning and overview of modern tendencies in adult education

Programme:

Day 1 Introduction. Main concepts of facilitation in adult education. Making individuals learning plans. Future of adult education.

Day 2 Steps to support the learner in achieving their expected outcomes. Visualisation of the learning way.

Day 3 Tools and methods to use for supporting adult learners. Workshops

Day 4 Reflection tools for supporting adult learners. Workshops outdoors

Day 5 Presentation of individual toolboxes. Evaluation. Reflection
