ALL DIGITAL Summit 2020

Remote Event
to

On 6-8 October 2020, ALL DIGITAL, a pan-European Association working in the field of digital inclusion and empowerment, organises its 13th annual summit in Berlin and online. ALL DIGITAL Summit 2020, entitled “Competences for the Future”, is co-hosted by our German members Helliwood, JOBLINGE, and Digital Opportunities Foundation and is supported by the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

The Summit brings together representatives of networks and organisations working to enhance digital skills of European citizens. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are proposing a hybrid concept: in-person in Berlin and online, to ensure that those who are not able to travel to Berlin can enjoy the event and take a very active part in it.

ALL DIGITAL Summit 2020 will have keynotes, panels and workshops organized around four streams:

  • Towards a version 2.2 of DigComp > DIGCOMP
  • The future of digital competence centres > FUTURE
  • Recognition of digital competence certificates in Europe > CERTIFICATION
  • Lessons learned during Covid-19 > LESSONS

The Summit also hosts the international event of the “Crowddreaming: Youth Co-Create Digital Culture – CDDC” project, including the launch of its Europa Square platform. The purpose of this Erasmus+ project is to disseminate and scale-up at European level the “Crowddreaming” good practice in the field of the valorisation of digital cultural heritage as a means for inclusive education and for the promotion of European values among youngsters. “Crowddreaming” was born as a contest for schools in Italy with the aim of creating a lasting digital monument dedicated to Europe as a transcultural laboratory.

Check the PROGRAMME to learn more about the sessions.

Creative resources to facilitate local communities

Local communities' heart and soul are originated from common activities, traditions and trust. Facilitating the people's common sense and keep the common value are strongly connected to community centres, libraries, where people come together and having, doing, feeling things together.
