During the learning programme the participants will learn about facilitation in adult education in post-pandemic times, future perspectives of adult education, sustainability, role of AI, ways to support adult learners at every stage of the learning process, person-centred and holistic approaches; they will collect a toolbox of methods and ideas to use in the professional practice; they will also improve communication with adult educators from different countries and exchanged best practices.
