Accredited training course: Development of Career Guidance and Counselling (CG&C) in Social Protection Services (Serbia)
Tempus Foundation - EPALE National Support Service and the National Euroguidance Network in Serbia, has prepared a training session to enhance the competencies of career practitioners working with people from vulnerable groups.

About the training session:
The training course focuses on the staff of organizations that are part of social protection system in Serbia and is accredited as a training programme in the field of: development of general competencies in social protection. The staff of these organizations can express their interest in this training course by filling out a form available on this page. We also invite anyone who conducts or wants to develop any kind of career guidance and counselling activities for people from vulnerable groups in other types of organizations to express their interest in participating in this training course.
During this one-day session, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the role of CG&C activities in social protection programmes, guidelines for creating and implementing activities based on the needs of the target group, and resources available on European and national level.
The training session lasts 7.5 hours and is free of charge for participants. It will be realized periodically in different places, and the training plan will be formed in accordance with the interest expressed through the form mentioned above, in line with other activities organised by the Foundation Tempus. Invitations for participation for each individual training session will be published in due time on the EPALE group and the Euroguidance Centre website.
