Talas Public Education Center (HEM) by the permanent and non-permanent trainers 2018-2019 Education Year information meeting was held. 

Talas Public Training Center was attended by administrators, teachers and master instructors.

The importance of adult education and the issues to be considered were discussed and EPALE was introduced to the  adult education trainers.
