Traditional Tools of Turkish Cuisine

Our R&D Unit Continues its traditional journey.

Most of the tools and equipment used in our kitchens have changed, diversified and acquired additional functions over time. While our institute continues its work within the scope of the Theme project, as an R&D unit, we continue to research the changes and usage areas of the traditional tools and equipment used in our kitchens from past to present. The resource people we talked to in Karkamış, Dokuzyol village, Hacar Village and Doğanpınar villages shared with us the various kitchen utensils and usage areas they have used from past to present.
