Sustainability is inclusive.

The partners of the ERASMUS + project EFDI “Ecological Future Diverse and Inclusive” prepare ecological learning materials for all people.

Sustainability is inclusive and everywhere. The word sustainability is currently used a lot in media for business and health. Yet sustainable practises and ecological conscience are playing an important role for all people. The partners of the ERASMUS + project EFDI “Ecological Future Diverse and Inclusive” address the need to prepare ecological learning materials for all people including people with learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities or educationally disadvantaged people. The workshops deal directly, experimentally, concretely and multisensory with the topics of food, biodiversity, mobility and consumption and their impact on the climate and a healthy planet.

Where does our food come from and what is the environmental impact of production, packaging and transport? Participants in the first workshop in Austria explored this question in depth. Regional food is better for the environment and tastes better was an important result. At the end, there was a tasting of a self-made water drink pimped with local fruit and herbs.
