We are happy to introduce the Kosovo Expert Group on EPALE – a professional and consultative body established to support the National Support Service (NSS) for EPALE Kosovo in advancing adult education through the EPALE platform. Comprising highly respected professionals from key national institutions, this group plays a vitalrole in shaping and promoting the adult learning agenda through the EPALE platform. Their collective expertise ensures that adult education policies and practices are informed, inclusive, and impactful. Our Experts:

● Ms. Ryve Prekorogja, Head of the Lifelong Education Sector at the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI), brings strategic oversight and policy perspective to the group, aligning national priorities with the goals of EPALE.

● Ms. Fikrije Zymberi, Executive Director at the Agency for Vocational Education andTraining and Adult Education (AVETAE), contributes deep knowledge of vocationaltraining systems and institutional coordination in the adult education landscape.

● Mr. Ramadan Alija, Country Director at DVV International, offers an international and national perspective and field experience in adult learning. 

The Expert Group is entrusted with advising the NSS on adult education strategies, identifying both challenges and success stories in the field, and helping create and promote relevant content on EPALE. As connectors and multipliers, they encourage stakeholder participation, share best practices, and foster a collaborative adult learning community. Their work is crucial for ensuring that Kosovo’s adult education ecosystem grows stronger, more inclusive, and better aligned with European standards.
