I.D.E.A. – Internationalization and Digitalization European Approach – monthly zoom meeting
The IDEA project aims to enhance the valuable skills and knowledge of digital cross-cultural international business management for the benefit of the corporate population of SMEs in the territorial contexts of reference of the transnational partners.
Our objectives are:
- to increase the digital, international business management skills of 80 workers of SMEs in Slovenia, Poland, Italy, Spain and Greece
- to align a group of trainers in two international mobilities
- to co-elaborate a European, blended training supply in line with the needs of workers to improve their opportunities in the globalized economy
-Pilot the training course with 80 workers from European SMEs involved in the partnership
The IDEA consortium is composed by 9 organisations from 5 different countries:

Meetings are a fundamental part of any project and they are essential for the success of the project. Therefore, the consortium of the IDEA project has decided to hold regular monthly meetings.
The online meeting on 12/12/2022 was crucial as the partnership has started to develop OERs content design. This will consist of 3D gamified video training pills with narrative crossroads with a combination of entertainment and learning through an interactive game-based approach to increase learner engagement and maximise training efficacy. Besides discussing OERs development, the agenda also included how to use the EPALE platform efficiently.
