To build an economy that respects humanity and the Earth, it is crucial to place ethics at the heart of our businesses. It is an essential and exciting exploration, rethinking our approach to business by emphasizing fundamental human and environmental values.

At the core of any business project, we are now called to take a stand and question ourselves:

• What is the true social utility of what we are creating?
• What societal and environmental observations motivate our actions?
• How can we translate our collective commitments into a founding document representing our common values?

These questions were at the center of an interactive 1.5-hour webinar, using a proven methodology from the CREOPSSe Program of the SCIC KEJAL. This session aimed to explore and anchor ethical values in our entrepreneurial practices, providing rich perspectives and practical advice.
The central question of this second webinar is: "ETHICS at the heart of a business project: why? how?". We proposed a step-by-step methodology for drafting an ethical charter and experimented with it in a workshop using a mind map. The attached slideshow incorporates the outputs of these workshops. In the plenary session, feedback, questions/answers, and advice led us to share some examples of foundational texts, which are valuable for any entrepreneurial project in the SSE.
