We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Skills4VET-app project, an initiative designed to revolutionize vocational education and training (VET) by equipping learners and educators with the skills required for the 21st-century workplace.

Over the past 2 years, the Skills4VET-app project brought together an incredible team of partners, educators, and stakeholders from across Europe. This collaboration aimed to address skills gaps in VET systems, particularly in digital literacy and transferable competencies, ensuring learners are well-prepared for the evolving demands of the labor market.

The key achievements of the project are the digital report that presents the need to equip VET trainers and teachers with the necessary tools to motivate support and guide VET learners towards apprenticeships and the digital roadmap that is a transformative guide designed to upskill vocational education and training (VET) trainers, enabling them to act as effective coaches for apprentices.

While the project has officially concluded, its legacy lives on. The tools, resources, and insights developed will continue to empower VET systems across Europe. We encourage educators, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore the Skills4VET-app results and integrate them into their practices.
