As a VET provider, we constantly navigate challenges to deliver high-quality, effective learning experiences. Some key areas we are actively addressing include:
Attracting & Retaining Learners – With over 20% of students leaving after the first semester for employment, we are exploring new ways to support and engage learners, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Keeping Up with Labor Market Changes – The workforce is evolving, and so must we. Adapting training programs to meet industry demands ensures our learners gain relevant skills for success.
Enhancing Training Quality – Our participation in European projects helps us adopt best practices, enrich programs, and integrate innovative approaches into our training.
Upgrading Resources & Facilities – Thanks to an €892,000 EU funding boost, we are set to enhance our infrastructure and upgrade equipment for an improved learning environment.
Improving Assessment & Evaluation – Through the EPOS VET and INVESTech E+ projects, we are developing cutting-edge methodologies and tools to provide and assess VET outcomes effectively—positioning us at the forefront of innovation in vocational education.
