The project aims to improve the professional skills of our adult education trainers working in public education centers and improve the quality of adult education services offered by public education centers located in 7 districts of Balıkesir province.  Improving the personal and professional skills of trainers working in these centers within the scope of adult education., especially training individuals who are under the threat of social exclusion is thought to increase the participation rate of people into lifelong learning activities/training and so, ultimately, support the social inclusion of individuals

In line with the project aim mentioned above, our trainers and administrators working in ERASMUS+KA1 as project partner, the staff of the public education centers attended in the “Approaching Multi-cultural issues and mixed ability classes’’ in Prague between 09-16 December 2018 together with teachers and school administrators working in different class levels in countries such as Italy, Romania, Greece, Spain and Finland.
