The Women in HE Conference 2020 will take place in London on 23 January 2020 and the major theme is accelerating change for gender equality in the HE sector. Many notable speakers will be hosting sessions during the event and considerable focus will be given to specific issues such as harassment in the workplace, diversity on boards, the work-life balance and the glass cliff – a phenomenon that has seen women in leadership roles being held back rather than experiencing increased success.

In June 2018 I and two colleagues Hans and Jona from Permaculture Sweden joined the ten day Training of Teachers course at the Inkpot in the UK, co-taught by Hannah Thorogood and Aranya.
