We are a state school for adult education in Altamura- Bari, in the sunny and beautiful southern Italy. Our school is named CPIA 2 BARI -Provincial Centre for Education and Training in Adult Age, a state school open to Italian and foreign citizens from 16 years old and over. We also run courses in the local prison. Our training offer includes language and social integration courses for foreigners; courses aimed to achieve the degree at the end of the first and second cycle of education; courses open to citizens to improve different skills. We are looking for several organisations similar to our own. We would like to share experiences of job shadowing relating to integration and inclusion of migrants, adult education and new learning methodologies. The teachers would like to expand the European dimension of the school and enrich their training by observing and sharing good practices with European colleagues in job shadowing experiences.
Reunión entre la Consellería de Educación, Universidad e Insvestigación y los directores de los centros de educación de personas adultas que tuvo lugar el día 16 de diciembre. La reunión fue presidida por el nuevo Director General: Antonio Baos Relucio y por el Jefe de Servicio Jaume Rigo.

In other words, the training manual serves for those who take care of the knowledge management transfer to other descendants and who are concerned in the Cultural and Natural Heritage of their ancestors. The key objective of the training manual is to support the adult learners with the best practices, practical activities, up-to-date facts and methodology on Environment & Organic Farming. The material enables the learners to acquire innovative methods, approaches and technologies and thus to increase their professional competencies.

We are looking for a partner for an Erasmus association K2

The CFPA Arco Iris, together with two other adult schools in the Valencian Community ("CFPA L'Alguer" and "CFPA Miquel Rosanes"), is looking for partners to develop an Erasmus type K2 program. These three schools had a previous experience in K104 type programs, as they formed a consortium to develop a "Job Shadowing" type mobility. Now they are interested in moving towards a K2 type activity that allows them to offer their students the possibility of participating in exchange programs with other adult schools. These three schools are interested in both foreign language learning and lifelong learning activities, with a special interest in social inclusion by education and methods and programs to overcome educational difficulties.

Si è concluso nel mese di dicembre il progetto Sostegno e Condivisione, realizzato dall'Associazione di promozione sociale Sognatore nel deserto ONLUS.

Promosso dal Garante delle persone ristrette della Regione Campania e dal Consiglio Regionale della Campania, si è svolto in tre istituti: la Casa di Reclusione "G.B.Novelli" di Carinola, la Casa Circondariale di Vallo della Lucania e nel Centro Penitenziario "P.Mandato-Secondigliano" di Napoli.
L'iniziativa rientra nell'art 27.3 della nostra Costituzione e dello stesso Ordinamento Penitenziario.

The aim of the study was to identify the factors preventing and increasing the participation of employees in lifelong learning activities. This research aiming to identify the factors that prevent and increase the participation of employees in lifelong learning activities is descriptive. The participants of the research having a descriptive notion consisted of 510 people working in Ankara. The data of the study were collected with a 39-item questionnaire.
