Del 25 al 28 de febrero, tendrá lugar el debate en línea: comparte tus proyectos y ejemplos de buenas prácticas en el aprendizaje digital de adultos,  relacionado con la temática del mes de EPALE: Aprendizaje digital para adultos. 

Está dirigido a todos aquellos profesionales de la educación de adultos que  participen activamente en proyectos de aprendizaje digital o en el desarrollo de  metodologías, recursos o estrategias de enseñanza que utilicen la tecnología digital en educación de adultos.

This publication presents readers with an inventory of adult basic education and basic skills programmes in the form of 35 system descriptions covering 32 countries. The data used in this publication covered a range of areas related to learning opportunities for adults with low basic skills, or low level or no qualifications. Large-scale programmes intended to support adults in acquiring basic skills were in the centre of enquiry.

Hensigten med denne oversigt er at give vejledere og andre, der arbejder med voksne og deres karriere, et overblik over de forskellige ordninger, der tilsammen udgør voksenvejledningen.

På voksenområdet findes der ikke et samlet uafhængigt vejledningssystem, men derimod et fragmenteret system, bestående af en lang række forskellige institutioner og ordninger. Det betyder, at der ikke eksisterer et tilbud om en bred karrierevejledning på tværs af uddannelse og beskæftigelse, hvor alle frit kan henvende sig og som modsvarer behovet for livslang læring.

The lifelong learning center Símenntunarmiðstöðin á Vesturlandi is a partner in a Nordplus project „Alternative active citizenship“. The following research was done in June 2018 as a part of the analysis in the project. The partner organizations are from four countries, they are inherently different, and their target groups are distinct, but all are respondent in the field of adult education. The aim of the project is to find and develop innovative methods of teaching active citizenship through participation that would enrich already existing learning and teaching material.

Population over 60+ in Europe is increasing fast due to the raised life expectancy and the decline on birth rates. This progressive and profound demographic change that Europe is experiencing has entailed changes in the economic, social and technological structures. Such changes have been demonstrated in an alteration of the European Union priorities. In this sense, seniors have consolidated as one of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of society and their social inclusion has become a major concern.
