The mastery of certain IT tools as well as the desire to continue doing the work she loves (and she loves doing together!) have pushed Sara's colleagues to try to adapt their offer in the face of the emergency situation and to use it as an opportunity to acquire new skills. This experience has taught them a lot and has "forced" them to use new tools. It was certainly a triumph and a continuous learning process that allowed them to continue to carry out the mission of their association despite the current situation.

During these months, Rosa had to reinvent herself. A few months ago, if someone had asked her if she ever saw herself working from home, she would have said no. She has a convivial spirit, she likes to share ideas and talk. She misses her co-workers and the excitement. But in fact, they have managed to readjust and reinvent new (different) ways of being close to each other.

Aprendizaje Permanente, que el término aprender tiene una connotación de esfuerzo personal, de propio: “Adquirir el conocimiento de algo por medio del estudio o de la experiencia” que no se percibe en las acepciones ligadas a educación o a enseñanza. Albergábamos esperanza de que ver los riesgos cercanos pudiera proporcionar una oportunidad de aprendizajes ¡Vanas ilusiones de un viejo profesor!

The Commission Communication on a European Skills Agenda for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience puts forward 12 EU actions aimed at supporting partnerships for skills, up and reskilling for jobs and empowering people to keep on learning throughout their lives. It sets ambitious quantitative objectives at EU level and outlines how the EU will support investments for skills. The Communication is accompanied by a Commission Staff Working Document on the Evaluation of the 2012 Council Recommendation on validation of informal and non-formal learning.

Nakon posjete Centru za obrazovanje odraslih u Banjoj Luci, gradonačelnik Banja Luke Igor Radojičić rekao je da ova institucija mora da bude prilagođena savremenim uslovima školovanja i tržišta rada, te da bude konkurentan i samoodrživ. On je dodao da se tržišta zanimanja i tehnologija intenzivno i brzo mijenjaju tako da Centar za obrazovanje odraslih mora da prati ove trendove kako bi opstao.

Projekt Re.M.I.D.A.- »Renewed Models for the Inclusion of Disadvantaged Adults« (Prenovljeni modeli vključevanja odraslih z manj priložnostmi) je mednarodni projekt, ki ga vodi italijanska organizacija Consorzio Ro.Ma., vanj pa je kot edini slovenski partner vpet tudi Razvojno izobraževalni center Novo mesto. Projekt je nastal z namenom podpore socialne in delovne vključenosti odraslih, starejših od 45 let, predvsem žensk, ki jim grozi socialna izključenost. V sklopu projekta nameravamo partnerji razviti povsem novo metodologijo, in sicer s pomočjo uporabe LEGO® kock, katerih podlaga je sicer že uveljavljena metodologija LEGO® Serious Play.
