„Women's leadership in digital transformation. An afternoon of meetings“

We are inviting you to join our Multiplier Event from the Erasmus+ project DIGIGEN, which focusses on “Professional Career Guidance for women in management positions in the field of digital competences”.
At the event, we will have lectures from women in high management positions about their success stories, ups and downs, advices which will help in career path.
Our target group: Higher education (HE) institutions (universities, colleges) students, HE institutions leaders, HR specialists and HR managers, woman leaders, woman in leading positions in IT companies, schools' leaders, mentors, mentors' managers, woman in leading positions from public sectors, etc.

Objective: to bring together university students, alumni and business representatives to promote cooperation between higher education institutions and businesses.

What can you expect?
- A report on how to exploit the full potential of digitalisation to promote the empowerment of women in leadership positions.
- We will talk about digitalisation developments and the tools that help in management.
- The importance of sharing experiences with female students (and alumnae) who are still shy about choosing mentors, and generally talking about how mistakes become valuable lessons and help us grow.
- We want to share the idea that it is important to be creative and courageous in life, to face challenges and to reach your goals!
- We will talk about empowering women in leadership and the importance of education in this field.
