Η θεματική εστίαση της EPALE από τον Αύγουστο μέχρι τον Σεπτέμβρη είναι στην κοινωνική ένταξη ευάλωτων ομάδων

Κατά την τελευταία δεκαετία, ο κοινωνικός αποκλεισμός και η αποδέσμευση των ενηλίκων συγκαταλέγονται στις σημαντικότερες ανησυχίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι χώρες της ΕΕ. Υπάρχει ένας αυξανόμενος αριθμός ατόμων που υποφέρουν από τις διάφορες επιπτώσεις των ασταθών κοινωνικών, οικονομικών και πολιτικών καταστάσεων που πλήττουν την Ευρώπη και τις γειτονικές της χώρες. Ορισμένοι ενήλικες διατρέχουν μεγαλύτερο κίνδυνο  αποκλεισμού και περιθωριοποίησης, όπως για παράδειγμα άτομα με προβλήματα υγείας ή μάθησης, άτομα που εγκαταλείπουν πρόωρα το σχολείο, μέλη ομάδων εθνικών μειονοτήτων, άστεγοι ή πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες.

Εδώ στην EPALE πιστεύουμε ότι τα Ευρωπαϊκά συστήματα εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων έχουν την δυνατότητα να ικανοποιήσουν τις συγκεκριμένες εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες αυτών των ενηλίκων και να αλλάξουν τη ζωή των ανθρώπων προς το καλύτερο.     Uniunea Europeană se doreste a fi un stat federal, care funcționează în ilegalitate constituțională, deoarece Constituția UE, a fost respinsă la singurele referendumuri organizate pentru aprobarea ei de către popoarele UE, în 2005. În consecință, guvernarea europeană este percepută de populație ca fiind în slujba unei minorități lacome și perverse, care utilizează puterea federală pentru imbogățirea privată a companiilor transnaționale și pentru sărăcirea majoritătii populației, adică apariția și extensia persoanelor și familiilor cu un nivel de trai la limita de subzistență sau sub această limită. Indicatorul economic cel mai evident este existența și creșterea datoriei publice a tuturor statelor UE, ceea ce demonstrează că economia UE nu este în slujba cetățenilor ei ci a unei minorități  private, deoarece într-o economie normală, oamenii produc mult mai multe bunuri decât consumă ( la nivelul tehnologiilor din mileniul III) ceea ce ar însemna creșterea bunăstării lor și nu a datoriilor lor!
    In consecință, educația adulților trebuie axată pe înțelegerea cauzelor apariției, existenței și extensiei grupurilor defavorizate, sistemul capitalist și eliminarea cauzelor prin schimbarea acestui sistem care conduce omenirea spre autodistrugere, cu un sistem prodemocrat, numit „calea a treia” și nu axată pe reeducarea acestor grupuri pentru a accepta statutul de slugă eficientă a unor structuri private de interese internaționale.
    Pentru aceasta trebuie reconsiderate conținuturile și principiile pedagogiei clasice și alinierea lor la nivelul de vârf al cunoașterii actuale, filosofia sistemică, în mod deosebit curentul realist de modelare socioeconomică.     We should try our best to reach to people that are on the margin of the society. EPALE and digital world can help in the course with online courses that are free to all of them. Also after completing those courses really big boost will be some kind of certification that they will get and most important new skills that they can use in their life.This will benefit them to explore more jobs.

São 10 as competências que podem desenvolver, através de cursos gratuitos, que decorrem entre Outubro e Dezembro de 2019 em diversos equipamentos da cidade de Lisboa.
