Speak English- MOOC- English Language MOOC zur Verbesserung der Sprachkompetenz-Projekt ist eine Strategische Partnerschaft ein Projekt im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung, gefördert durch das Erasmus+ Programm der europäischen Union. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, einen 6-wöchigen Online-content zu entwickeln und anzubieten, der sich auf die Verbesserung der Sprachkenntnisse in englischer Sprache konzentriert.

Zur Integration von Migrant*innen ist ein Arbeitsplatz wichtig, und für einen Arbeitsplatz ist das Erlernen der Sprache des Gastlandes erforderlich. Pistes-Solidaires ist seit September 2018 Partner im Projekt WORK-VR. Ein von der dänischen Organisation VIFIN gestartetes Projekt zum Einsatz von virtueller Realität für Spracherwerb und Integration. Ziel ist es, eine E-Learning-Plattform zum Erlernen berufsbezogener sprachlicher und kultureller Kompetenzen zu schaffen.

It focuses on enabling the participants to speak and write accurately and fluently about various (general and business) topics and use appropriate language in both informal and formal settings. The course will place emphasis on strategies for effective speaking and writing and the use of these strategies to improve the participants’ analytical, as well as presentation skills. It will empower them to use a range of different ways to express and connect their ideas. Upon completion participants will gain the knowledge of lexical and grammatical structures that will improve their academic and business communication. They should be able to demonstrate improved proficiency and built confidence in order to effectively participate in activities appropriate to academic and professional settings, which include making and delivering presentations, as well as participating in business meetings and other corporate events. Language and Methodology course for non-native teachers of Spanish
The key aspects of this course focus on the role grammar plays in the language classroom; communicative approaches and the gamification in a ELE classroom; teaching lexical collocation and a CLIL class; the use of cultural components in the ELE classroom (i.e. cinema and images) as well as real-time observations of our classes. Participants will then have the chance to discuss other challenges they face when teaching Spanish classes as they become informed on best practices used by native-speaking teachers.
