Hiszpanie wiedzą, jak korzystać z wieloletnich doświadczeń zawodowych (ale nie tylko) swoich seniorów. Tak, żeby po przejściu na emeryturę wciąż mogli czuć się potrzebni. Tego, jak to robić, uczyli edukatorów z Elbląga i regionu. Było to międzynarodowe szkolenie, które odbyło się w dniach od 23 do 26 września w Centrum Spotkań Europejskich „Światowid” w Elblągu w ramach projektu Erasmus+ pn. „Elbląscy edukatorzy dla seniorów”.

Euroopa Täiskasvanuhariduse veebikeskkond EPALE valib igal aastal konkursi korras 10 saadikut täiskasvanuhariduse valdkonna professionaalide seast. Saadikute ülesannete hulka kuulub EPALE keskkonna kvaliteetse sisuga täitmine, keskkonna tutvustamine potentsiaalsetele kasutajatele, täiskasvanuhariduse valdkonna aastasündmuse Koolitajate mittekonverentsi (toimub 29.10.2020 PROTO avastustehases) ettevalmistamine ja arutelude juhtimine ja paljud muud tegevused.

EuroSkills ist ein Berufswettbewerb, der alle zwei Jahre in Form einer Europameisterschaft ausgetragen wird. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Spitzenleistungen von jungen, hoch talentierten Fachkräften, welche in rund 45 verschiedenen Berufen antreten. Die diesjährige Ausgabe findet in Graz statt.

Train the Trainer

‘Train the trainer’(TRTR) is an essential course for all those promoted to a training supervisory role as well as to all those wishing to refresh/enhance theirTRTR (2) training skills. ICT skills for Educators

Computing and IT is required by all businesses and jobs in today’s world. Information and Communication technology (ICT) has the potentialict_3 to transform teaching and learning processes. According to a recent study in OECD countries, students are more sophisticated in their use of technology than teachers; an inherent discrepancy between student knowledge and usage of ICTs with the abilities of teacher to use ICTs. This suggest that teacher inexperience and skill deficiencies may often be a fundamental factor which prevents the effectiveness of ICT use in education. The same study reveals that the most effective uses of ICT are those in which the teacher, aided by ICTs, may challenge understanding and thinking of pupils, and this can be done through whole-class discussions and/or individual/small group workshops using ICTs. Nowadays, it is widely accepted that the use of ICTs should not aim at completely transforming teacher practices in and of itself but rather enabling and supporting the move from traditional ‘teacher-centric’ teaching styles to more ‘learner-centric’ methods. In other words, making each one of the students active and fully engaged. The ‘ICT skills for Educators’ course is designed to enable participants to improve their teaching practices with the use of specific ICT tools, such as smart boards, web conferencing and webinars, among others, thus, creating a ‘learner-centric’ classroom. This is an ideal course for all teachers, educators & trainers interested in continuing professional development (CPD).

Das Projekt "Manage2Integrate" entwickelt ein berufliches Fortbildungsmodul und Online-Lernangebot zum Thema „Management integrationsfördernder pädagogischer Dienstleistungen für Migrantinnen und Migranten“. Die Fortbildung umfasst die vier Themenbereiche Integration als Querschnittsaufgabe, Netzwerken, Milieukompetenz und Zielgruppenarbeit sowie interkulturelle Personalentwicklung. Sie wendet sich an Leitungskräfte in der Weiterbildung und zielt darauf, das Weiterbildungsmanagement in der Migrationsgesellschaft zu unterstützen.

English for Educators: advance your career (level I)

This course is ideal for all those working in the field of education, adult educators, trainers & coaches) who want to improve their level of spoken and written English. It aims to give participants an overview of English grammar and vocabulary with special focus on acquiring and improving language skills in a dynamic and communicative way, through individual, pair and group work. Europe in Action 2020 - Quality education for all!

Europe in Action is an annual conference which brings together more than 200 people with intellectual disabilities, their families and professionals. They discuss issues important to them and share experiences and ideas to advance inclusion.

The conferences are organised by Inclusion Europe and a national partner organisation (Inclusion Europe member).

Sens de l'organisation, esprit d'équipe, respect des règles ... Les soft skills ou compétences comportementales, tout le monde en parle, mais il s'avère souvent difficile de bien les cerner dans un objectif professionnel; de les travailler en formation au même titre que les compétences techniques; de les évaluer; de les aborder en orientation ou de les valoriser en recherche d'emploi.  
 

Erasmus+ programmi selle perioodi viimane õpirändeprojektide taotlustähtaeg koputab uksele. Taotlused peavad olema esitatud hiljemalt 5. veebruaril kell 13 Eesti aja järgi. 

Veel jõuab valida välja sobiva täiendkoolituskursuse, leida arendav täiskasvanuhariduse teemaline konverents või leppida kokku töövarjutamine just sellises välisriigi asutuses, mille töödest-tegemistest tahaks rohkem teada.

This is a position paper where the notion of developing environmental literacy through inquiry-based practices is explored. The premise is that one would assume that teachers themselves would have to first become environmentally literate before they can effectively provide opportunities for students to engage in activities to develop environmental literacy. As environmental education is predominantly delivered through an interdisciplinary infusion model, the recommendation is for a teacher’s environmental literacy to be developed alongside their inquiry literacy.
