Seit 2020 ist es Anbietern nonformaler Bildungsangebote möglich, die Qualifikationen, die sie vergeben, dem Nationalen Qualifikationsrahmen (NQR) zuordnen zu lassen. Judith Proinger, eine Mitarbeiterin der NQR-Servicestelle von AK und ÖGB, erklärt im Interview, wie das funktioniert und was wir davon haben. (Lesedauer: ca. 5 Minuten)

În ultimii ani, au existat mai multe inițiative ale guvernelor naționale și regionale din țările UE cu privire la modificarea impozitării educației adulților. Scutirea educației non-formale a adulților de la taxa pe valoarea adăugată (TVA) este deosebit de controversată - deoarece politicienii adesea susțin că educația non-formală a adulților este „distracție în timpul liber” și, prin urmare, nu este o activitate în interes public.

Norme fragmentate de scutire a TVA-ului

Ministar prosvjete i kulture Republike Srpske mr Natalija Trivić prisustvuje Svjetskom forumu obrazovanja koji se održava od 20. do 22. januara ove godine u Londonu. Riječ je o ministarskom forumu na kojem se ministri obrazovanja iz cijelog svijeta okupljaju kako bi raspravljali o budućoj praksi u obrazovanju, primjeni tehnologija u nastavi, te nastavnim planovima i programima.

 

Authored by David Hanson MP, the Welsh government's report on its own involvement with prison skills provision, education and employment opportunities was released in March 2019. It provides a detailed view of the government's actions and makes 22 recommendations to the Wlesh government concerning improvements to the services they offer offenders. 

Viitorul Educației Adulților în Europa/ The Future of Adult Learning in Europe reprezintă un studiul al contextului privind educația adulților din Europa realizat de EAEA și publicat în decembrie 2019. 

UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning a publicat în decembrie 2019 al 4-lea raport GRALE - LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND: PARTICIPATION, EQUITY AND INCLUSION. 

Rezultatele acestui raport se bazează pe răspunsurile la sondaje furnizate de 159 de țări: 157 de state membre UNESCO și două state membre asociate.

Constatările principale ale raportului sunt:

La începutul lui decembrie 2019 s-a lansat la Bruxelles al 4 le-a raport GRALE - Global Report on Adult Learning and Education (GRALE) în cadrul unei reuniuni a Grupului de interese privind învățarea pe tot parcursul vieții. Evenimentul, găzduit de Reprezentanța permanentă a Saxoniei Inferioare în UE, a avut loc în cadrul Lifelong Learning Week 2019.

The Ministry of Justice will be awarding £54m in funding for regions in England to develop Resettlement Hubs that will provide offenders with a safe space to build media, arts, crafts and sports skills and immerse themselves in non-formal methods of learning with the ultimate aim of reducing the risk of reoffending on release. Both offenders that have served sentences in custody and those that have served community sentences are eligible to participate. Funding will be awarded in late 2020 and contracts will run from 2021 to 2023.

Mi a közös a továbbképzésben és az éghajlatvédelemben? A kormányok multilaterális szinten mindkét esetben hangzatos és „ambiciózus” támogatási célokban állapodnak meg. A végrehajtás előrehaladását közelebbről vizsgáló jelentések kevésbé hangzatosak.

The north-south divide is a common source of political debate and as the argument to address the imbalance resurfaces, academics of higher education institutions are questioning whether major developments in the north will become a reality. The government suggests that it will back plans to open a science and innovation hub in the region, but academics are concerned that inadequate funding and an incorrect approach could derail efforts.
