Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

The Commission Communication on a European Skills Agenda for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience puts forward 12 EU actions aimed at supporting partnerships for skills, up and reskilling for jobs and empowering people to keep on learning throughout their lives. It sets ambitious quantitative objectives at EU level and outlines how the EU will support investments for skills. The Communication is accompanied by a Commission Staff Working Document on the Evaluation of the 2012 Council Recommendation on validation of informal and non-formal learning.

"It is OK" is the name of a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme that aims to contribute to building, strengthening and creating the skills of teachers who work with children from the autism spectrum. This project includes 4 partners from 3 different countries:

• Elementary school "Anton Skala" - Belgrade, Serbia - coordinator

• Association of Serbian Organisations for Helping People with Autism - Serbia

• Center for Autism - Croatia

• CSOP "Dr. Peter Beron" - Bulgaria

From the beginning, the Community Stories' goals have been to fully engage our community in telling their stories, get to know their colleagues from all over Europe, and share the issues that were affecting their everyday life and that were challenging their education activities. We have received dozens of stories in a short space of time. This confirms our community’s will – or need – to get through this crisis together, sharing their solutions and being an inspiration to each other. We have collected 78 stories from 28 countries... so far.

Trish is supporting her healthcare students in a numbers of ways – by telephone, by email, by post, on platforms such as Zoom and WhatsApp. Once or twice she has also met students outside for a socially distant walk to chat face to face to talk about their assignments and the work they were doing. Her learners are responding very well and creatively to this new way of doing things.

In der Trendstudie 2020 ermittelt der Wuppertaler Kreis e.V., der Bundesverband betriebliche Weiterbildung, deutliche Umsatzrückgängen und in der Folge bei mehr über 50 Prozent der Dienstleistungsanbieter den Weg in die Kurzarbeit. Der Geschäftslage-Indikator Weiterbildung sank bis zur Jahreshälfte 2020 auf 86 Punkte. Letztmalig lag der Wert als Gradmesser für die wirtschaftlich Stimmung während der Finanzkrise im Jahr 2009 unter 100 Punkten, zum Vergleich im Jahr 2018 lag der GI bei 125 Punkten und im Jahr 2019 bei 118 Punkten.
