The mastery of certain IT tools as well as the desire to continue doing the work she loves (and she loves doing together!) have pushed Sara's colleagues to try to adapt their offer in the face of the emergency situation and to use it as an opportunity to acquire new skills. This experience has taught them a lot and has "forced" them to use new tools. It was certainly a triumph and a continuous learning process that allowed them to continue to carry out the mission of their association despite the current situation.

During these months, Rosa had to reinvent herself. A few months ago, if someone had asked her if she ever saw herself working from home, she would have said no. She has a convivial spirit, she likes to share ideas and talk. She misses her co-workers and the excitement. But in fact, they have managed to readjust and reinvent new (different) ways of being close to each other.

Vee- ja jäätmemajanduse ning keskkonna valdkonna tööjõu- ja oskuste vajaduse prognoos (OSKA) valmis 2019. aasta sügisel.  Uuringus käsitletakse vee- ja jäätmemajandust, saastekäitlust, keskkonnakorraldust ja -kaitset, sh looduskaitset ning keskkonnajuhtimist. Tegemist on valdkonnaga, mis karmistuva keskkonna- ja kliimapoliitika tõttu mõjutab kogu majanduse käekäiku ja inimeste igapäevaelu.

Siseturvalisuse ja õiguse valdkonna tööjõu- ja oskuste vajaduse prognoos (OSKA) valmis kahes osas. Siseturvalisuse alavaldkonna uuring on siseturvalisuse ja õiguse valdkonna uuringu teine osa, mis koostati 2019. aastal ja avaldati 2020. a alguses.

Siseturvalisuse valdkonna kutsealadel töötab hinnanguliselt üle 12 500 inimese ehk umbes 2% kõigist Eestis hõivatutest. Hõive jaguneb umbes pooleks avaliku ja erasektori vahel.

Siseturvalisuse ja õiguse valdkonna tööjõu- ja oskuste vajaduse prognoos (OSKA) valmis kahes osas. Õiguse alavaldkonna uuring on siseturvalisuse ja õiguse valdkonna uuringu esimene osa, mis valmis 2019. a lõpus.

Õigusevaldkonna kutsealadel töötab hinnanguliselt üle 5200 inimese ehk alla 1% kõigist Eestis hõivatutest ja ligi 2% kõigist valgekraedest (juhid ja spetsialistid).

Kinnisvarateenuste valdkonna tööjõu- ja oskuste vajaduse prognoos (OSKA) valmisid 2019. aasta lõpus.

Uuringus käsitleti kinnisvarabüroode tegevust ning kinnisvara üürile andmist, haldus- ja korrashoiutegevust. Kinnisvara ja korrashoiu ettevõtetes töötab umbes 20 000 töötajat, neist ligi pooled on lihttöölised.

Kultuuri ja loometegevuse valdkonna tööjõu- ja oskuste vajaduse prognoos (OSKA) viidi läbi kahe uuringuna, mis mõlemad valmisid 2019. aasta teises pooles.

Kultuuri ja loometegevuse esimeses uuringus käsitleti etenduskunstide, muusika, raamatukogunduse, museoloogia, käsitöö ja spordi (treenerite) tööjõu- ja oskuste vajadust.

Uuringu fookuses on ligikaudu 17 000 hõivatut, kellest enim töötab muusika ja spordi alavaldkonnas.

It sets ambitious quantitative objectives at EU level and outlines how the EU will support investments for skills. The Communication is accompanied by a Commission Staff Working Document on the Evaluation of the 2012 Council Recommendation on validation of informal and non-formal learning.
