The fourth edition of DG EAC’s annual flagship publication charts the latest evidence available on a number of issues directly related to ET 2020’s priority areas, such as the Europe 2020 headline targets, education investment and educational poverty. It also points to policy levers that can actively contribute to inclusiveness, quality and relevance. Where possible, its quantitative analysis is complemented by an assessment of structural and process indicators to reveal barriers in the EU’s education and training systems.

One of the priority policy areas in the European agenda for Adult Learning is to improve the knowledge base about and the monitoring of the adult learning sector.

Thus in 2013 the European Commission launched a study to develop an analytical approach for the analysis of adult learning policies and their effectiveness in Europe.

The final result of this study is an analytical framework, which can be used to support Member States to review, formulate, implement and monitor effective adult learning policies, while making better use of the existing evidence base.

Artykuł opisujący projekt partnerski Grundtviga pt. „A new way to social skills”, zrealizowany przez Areszt Śledczy w Olsztynie oraz instytucje partnerskie z Turcji, Węgier, Szwecji, Grecji i Włoch. Jego celem była poprawa umiejętności społecznych osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (skazanych, uchodźców, imigrantów). Projekt został uznany za przykład dobrej praktyki oraz uzyskał nominację w konkursie EDUinspiracje 2015.

Tekst ukazał się w kwartalniku „Europa dla Aktywnych” (nr 1/2015, str. 26), wydawanym przez Fundację rozwoju Edukacji.

Das Deutsche Institut für Erwachsenenbildung erstellt jährlich eine Statistik über die Aktivitäten der Volkshochschulen in Deutschland. Slovenian Institute for Adult Education (SIAE) has released informative and promotional brochure on educational activities. The brochure briefly presents the training and in-service training of adult educators at SIAE, and competence concept of the professional training and in-service training of adult educators.

This informational-promotional brochure introduces two basic sections:

Case study przedstawiający rozwiązania wypracowane w projekcie „Małopolskie partnerstwo instytucji w obszarze rynku pracy, edukacji i szkoleń”, zrealizowanym przez Wojewódzki Urząd Pracy w Krakowie. Projekt wspierał regionalną politykę kształcenia ustawicznego, wsparł rozwój współpracy instytucji zaangażowanych w realizację usług edukacyjnych i szkoleniowych dla różnych grup mieszkańców oraz promował wśród Małopolan postawę otwartą na rozwój.

Na spletišču OECD je objavljeno poročilo Indicators of Immigrant Integration, ki je skupno delo Evropske komisije in OECD-ja.

In een 'community of practice' kunnen beginnelingen en ervaren rotten in het vak leren van elkaar door elkaar te observeren, vragen te stellen of gewoon in de praktijk zij aan zij te werken. Iedereen in de community kan van elkaar leren als het werk zo georganiseerd is dat anderen kunnen observeren, in discussie gaan en samenwerken.

Articulé sur 5 chapitres de « serious game », le dispositif SkillPass propose un parcours pédagogique pour identifier et valoriser les compétences. Par une alternance de session de jeu sérieux et de réflexion personnelle, tant en individuel qu’en collectif, SkillPass permet d’exploiter tous types de supports de valorisation. Le processus permet de renseigner un CV, un livret de compétences ou encore des outils européens (Youthpass ou Europass).
