This work presents research results on teachers' opinions about the ways their educational needs are examined, on the professional support available to them for the creation of continuous professional training programmes and on the differences in their understanding of the need to create personal (individual) continuous professional training program.

U radu se analiziraju suvremene koncepcije znanja i obrazovanja temeljene na neoliberalističkoj i neokonzervativističkoj paradigmi. Neoliberalistička i neokonzervativistička koncepcija znanje pretvaraju u robu, a učinkovitost škola isključivo se ogleda u ranglistama i nesmislenim zahtjevima koji su usmjereni na stvaranje „elitnih“ obrazovnih institucija i centara izvrsnosti.

OECD har lavet en rapport, der viser, at uddannelse er det hele værd – både når det kommer til arbejdsmarkedet og dagligdagen.

I gennemsnit er over 80 % af alle voksne med en videregående uddannelse i beskæftigelse sammenholdt med 70 % af voksne med en gymnasieuddannelse og videregående ikke-akademisk uddannelse, og under 60 % af alle voksne uden en uddannelse. Voksne med en videregående uddannelse tjener også i gennemsnit ca. 60 % mere end alle voksne uden en gymnasial uddannelse

Mednarodni projekt Svetovanje odraslim v izobraževanju – GOAL (Guidance and Orientation for Adult Learners) poteka od 1. februarja 2015 do 1. januarja 2018. Vanj je vključena tudi Slovenija, kjer sodelujejo Andragoški center Slovenije (ACS), Ministrstvo za izobraževanje, znanost in šport (MIZŠ) ter Center za poklicno izobraževanje (CPI).
