A comparative report of piloting of Kaleidoscope entrepreneruship training methods for migrant women. Piloting was conducted in Finland, France, Italy and the UK.. This reports shares light on the whole piloting, the profile of the migrant women and the outcomes. The report has been collided by Inova using the national partner reports.

What role did higher education play in addressing the refugee crisis? Many asylum seekers and refugees entering Europe in 2015 and 2016 were in the typical higher education age range and had been enrolled in university programmes in their home country. However, while continuing to study may be beneficial both for individuals and for host countries, integrating people who have escaped major conflict, who may be traumatised and who may lack language and other skills is far from a simple task.

A great number of factors are needed in order for adult education to fulfil its purpose in socially disadvantaged groups. The researchers did their research among low-skilled individuals. In relation to getting into adult education they examined who are the ones that participate in the trainings, what socio- cultural background they have, their academic achievements, competencies, the educational path of their parents and their children. The study focuses on the individual, searching for their external and internal motivations for participating in the trainings.

The aim of this study is to reveal the relation between lifelong learning tendency and achievement motivation. The sampling of the study consisted of 570 prospective teachers attending a pedagogical formation course at two universities in Turkey in 2016. Relational screening model was used in the study and the data were collected through achievement focused motivation scale and lifelong learning tendency scale. The collected data were analysed using regression analysis on SPSS 22.

Welcome to the ELTA Learning and Sharing for Better Teaching E- Resource Pack. The project Learning and Sharing for Better Teaching has been created by English Language Teachers’ Association of Serbia (ELTA Serbia) with the idea to provide English language teachers with a new, innovative and up-to-date teacher training which would help them improve their teaching skills and competencies. The project participants have seen Erasmus+ project scheme as an opportunity to create and offer new training courses and teaching material to all English teachers who feel willing to grow. The participants attended six different teacher training courses during the summer of 2018. Hence this E-Resource Pack which is designed to offer a set of classroom activities and useful applications to be shared with the wider EFL audience.

EAEA (European Adult Education Association) on UP-AEPRO -hankkeessa kehittänyt verkkokurssin aikuiskouluttajille ja muille aikuiskoulutuksen parissa työskenteleville. Przewodnik dydaktyczny poświęcony wykorzystaniu cyfrowego opowiadania historii w edukacji. Został on zaprojektowany tak, aby mógł być wykorzystywany zarówno przez nauczycieli, jak i uczniów, z pomocą i wskazówkami do tworzenia i dzielenia się własnymi historiami. Przewodnik pokazuje proces, który mamy okazję śledzić, chociaż uczeń/ nauczyciel może zbudować swój własny i zaadoptować do swoich potrzeb. W zestawie znajduje się również wybór tematów do zbadania. This report looks into the incidence of skills mismatches in the Republic of North Macedonia (hereinafter referred to as North Macedonia). This report presents an analysis of the mismatch from several perspectives, using data sources available in North Macedonia. It also examines the country context in areas that are directly or indirectly related to skills supply and demand.
