Integration af flygtning gennem erhvervsrettet uddannelse

Projektet tilbyder en række ressourcer på dansk til brug ved organisering af arbejdsrelateret uddannelse for voksne flygtninge. 

Prin inițiativa BUILD UP Skills, UE își propune să echipeze următoarea generație de personal din sectorul construcțiilor - de la lucrători la fața locului, până la profesioniști în proiectare și conducere superioară - cu competențele/ abilitățile și cunoștințele necesare pentru a asigura proiectele de construcție și renovare și cu capacitatea de a îndeplini cerințele stricte de eficiență energetică.

Comisia Europeană (CE) a publicat la sfârșitul anului 2019 o analiză efectuată de EPSC (European Political Strategy Centre) pe tema: 10 trends transforming education as we know it, conform căreia educația se schimbă, iar tendințele mondiale arată o personalizare și o continuitate a învățării, precum și importanța crucială a alfabetizării digitale, a învăța să înveți devenind cea mai importantă aptitudine.

For this report, we conducted interviews with migrant and refugee entrepreneurs and stakeholders who support them in each partner country: Denmark, Italy, Greece, Spain and Bulgaria. We outline the current situation and training available in order to identify resources and gaps in training provisions.

A Definition of Intercultural Key Competences of Science Educators/Explainers. This will provide a basis for science centers and science museums to identify the potential training needs of their staff in order to raise the intercultural quality of their programmes.

Handbook for Adult Science Education Institutions. The handbook/toolkit will serve as a quick-start toolkit for institutions interested in improving their institution as inclusive science learning places for adult refugees and migrants and in offering relevant science learning activities. The handbook will e.g. include good practice examples and lessons learned from intercultural small scale activities, an intercultural/diversity scan for science centers and museums.

Natura muncii a suferit întotdeauna schimbări profunde, determinate de progresul tehnologic, schimbările demografice, reglementările privind piața muncii și fluctuațiile macroeconomice.

A patra revoluție industrială a accelerat drastic ritmul schimbării, transformând ceea ce oamenii fac pentru a-și trăi viața, modul cum o fac; de ce competențe/ abilități au nevoie, unde își realizează munca, modul în care sunt structurate relațiile de muncă și modul în care munca este organizată, distribuită și răsplătită.

La transformación digital de la economía trae consigo nuevos retos personales. Es necesario que los responsables de la toma de decisiones y los empleados tengan una comprensión fundamental del potencial de las aplicaciones digitales y que sean capaces de moderar un proceso de cambio en sus empresas. El proyecto "Digitalización - Herramienta de desarrollo de estrategias para la digitalización de las PYMES" contribuye de forma tangible a ello con el desarrollo de una herramienta de autoaprendizaje para estos retos que está disponible gratuitamente en línea y que puede ser utilizada directamente en el lugar de trabajo.

"Dans le sillage de la révolution technologique qui a commencé dans les dernières décennies du XXe siècle, la demande du marché du travail pour le traitement de l'information et d'autres compétences cognitives et interpersonnelles de haut niveau a augmenté considérablement. Sur la base des résultats des 39 pays et régions qui ont participé au 1er cycle de l'Enquête sur les compétences des adultes (PIAAC), il met particulièrement l'accent sur les résultats du 3ème cycle de ce cycle, avec 6 nouveaux pays qui collectent des données en 2018-19.

"La validation et l'orientation aident les individus, les organisations et les États membres à s'adapter aux défis professionnels et à créer des systèmes d'apprentissage tout au long de la vie efficaces. Toutefois, on sait peu de choses sur la manière dont elles sont liées dans la pratique et sur les moyens de rendre cette connexion plus efficace.

Les stratégies éducatives du projet de mobilité K1 « Le bleu européen comme étendard contre l’exclusion des adultes » se fondent sur une approche de cette couleur dans le patrimoine artistique européen, pour motiver différentes pratiques et expériences permettant l’amélioration des compétences-clés des adultes peu qualifiés.

Osaaminen näkyväksi - käsikirja työpajatoiminnan opinnollistajille on tuotettu Työpajatoiminnan opinnollistaminen -hankkeessa. Opinnollistetut, koulutuksen järjestäjien kanssa tiivistä yhteistyötä tekevät työpajat ovat hyviä oppimisympäristöjä. Käsikirjassa esitellyt hyvät käytännöt, tuotteistetut tukipalvelut ja yhteistyön linjaukset auttavat yhteistyön rakentamisessa.

The purpose of the study was to explore the requirements of schools to increase intergenerational learning, collaboration and solidarity amongst the Baby Boomers, X and Y generations, based on the views of school principals. The research focused on how to create spaces for interaction among different generations and what consequences will arise when intergenerational spaces are created. This study was conducted with phenomenological research design.

The aim of this study was to examine the perspective of school administrators with regard to teachers from different generations. In this study, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each generation were examined. This study was conducted as a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis. The study group consisted of 26 school administrators from the Dilovası district of Kocaeli province, Turkey.

Die vorliegende Masterarbeit untersucht, inwieweit bereits bei Kindern und Jugendlichen der Grundstein gelegt werden kann, die Herausforderungen des Lebenslangen Lernens meistern zu können. Verglichen werden in der Arbeit die Konzepte und Prinzipien der Montessori-Pädagogik mit den Methoden des Lernens am Arbeitsplatz, die dem Lebenslangen Lernen dienen.

The digital transformation of the economy brings new personal challenges with it. There is a need for decision makers and employees who have a fundamental understanding of the potential of digital applications and who are able to moderate a process of change in their companies. The project "Digitalisation - Strategy Development Tool for the Digitalisation of SME" makes a tangible contribution towards this with the development of a self-learning tool for these challenges that is freely available online and that can be used directly at the workplace.

Die digitale Transformation der Wirtschaft bringt neue personelle Herausforderungen mit sich. Es werden Entscheider*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen gebraucht, die ein grundlegendes Verständnis für das Potenzial digitaler Anwendungen haben und den Veränderungsprozess in ihrem Unternehmen moderieren können. Das Projekt „Digitalisierung – Strategieentwicklungs-Tool für die Digitalisierung von KMU“ leistet dazu einen konkreten Beitrag, indem es für diese Herausforderungen ein online frei zugängliches Selbstlern-Tool entwickelt hat, das direkt am Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden kann.

La pubblicazione "Family In Tow(n): principi, prassi e metariflessione per la valorizzazione della famiglia nella sinergia interculturale" costituisce l’epilogo del progetto Family In Tow(n), realizzato da ASA Onlus, in partenariato con ACLI Catania e co-finanziato da Fondazione Sicilia (Pa).

E' uno strumento di disseminazione contente la presentazione dell’identità dell’ASA e delle ACLI, una sintesi progettuale e i contributi dei degli operatori che hanno realizzato le attività.
