This online course has been provided by the Erasmus+ UK National Agency in cooperation with European Solidarity Corps Resource Centre and it is for anyone interested in the European Solidarity Corps. This is an ongoing course that began in September 2019 with new content being added on 6th April, 2020.

The seven units of this course cover the general overview of the European Solidarity Corps funding opportunities, specific information about Volunteering, Traineeships and Jobs and Solidarity Projects, support measures for young people, how to obtain Quality Label, and how to apply for funding.

What will you learn:

  • essentials of European Solidarity Corps

  • how to organise a Volunteering project and how to become a Corps volunteer

  • how a youth group can prepare and implement a local Solidarity project 

  • how to apply for the Traineeship and Jobs type of project

  • how to support young people during all types of European Solidarity Corps projects

  • how to apply for a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label

  • how to prepare to apply for a European Solidarity Corps project as an organisation or a group of young people

Upon completion of the course, learners can receive open digital badges and a Youthpass certificate.
