This publication presents the research results on skills and competences needed for effective work in multicultural organisations. 

The research was conducted in five European countries: Poland, Latvia, Italy, Cyprus and the United Kingdom under ERASMUS+ project "Cultural Risk in the Organisation in the Globalisation Era - competences vs. reality" (2018-1-PL01-KA204-051056).

The results are the base for the development of training content related to the cultural issues, which are crucial to be recognised by the staff in multicultural organisations. For more information visit:
