EPALE Belgium invites
Belgian teachers, trainers and coaches in adult education and continuing vocational training
on the 5th of October 2016
to meet us in the Atomium in Brussels to celebrate World Teachers’ Day
and to connect with learning and teaching in the 21st century in the three Belgian communities and the EU
10.30 h: Registration and morning coffee
11.00 h: Welcome by the 3 Belgian EPALE coordinators
11.05 h: Presentation by professor Kris Van den Branden about 'Adult education for the 21st century'
12.00 h: Presentations by the Belgian coordinators for the implementation of the European agenda for Adult Learning Myriam Schauwers (French community) and Liesbet Vermandere (Flemish community)
13.00 h: Lunch
14.00 h: Videos of the Live&Learn project by Raffaela Kihrer, workshops by Géraldine Libreau (European EPALE coordinator), Ghislain De Bondt (teacher at center for basic adult education in the Flemish community), Gaëlle Boulet (director of FormaForm in the French community)
15.00 h: Speeddating to share 21st century proof good practices with your colleagues
15.45 h: Celebration and goodbye drink
Before and after you are free to visit the Atomium and its exhibitions.
