EBSN is organising its first online conference with the title Achieving Upskilling Pathways as a response to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemics. As it has been pointed out by Martina Ní Cheallaigh, one of the panelist experts at EPALE’s community conference, in an interview „Basic literacy, numeracy and digital skills form the core of these life skills along with financial, environmental and health literacy which together will be a keystone to creating social fairness and a resilient society that can embrace continuous change”. It is in this context where the conference is looking at how implementation efforts to Upskilling Pathways are realised. Meet Martina at the first day of the online conference. You can also read the full EPALE interview with her made by EBSN here: link.
The three-day event will consist of thematic workshops with presentations, followed by discussions and by interactivity on a number of platforms (Virtual Marketplace, Project Generation Facility), which will be available for further dialogue, networking, partnership-building among participants. The Virtual Marketplace and the Project Generation Facility will be hosted by the event’s Padlet page, which will be prepared on the week before the conference.
Registrations are open to members and non-members of the Network by following this link: registration. Please find the programme of the conference and the exact times of the sessions in the conference program!
