Training at Work Award 2022

The European Commission, DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, has launched the Training at Work Award, as part of the European Vocational Skills Week 2022.

There are many examples, across Europe, of entrepreneurs who value their workers and support their development. The Training at Work Award wishes to recognize and reward the most active among them in the promotion of green up- and re skilling practices.

The Award looks for examples of quality and inclusive professional training programmes provided by enterprises for their employees in order to improve green practices at work.

Who can participate?

Companies providing quality and inclusive upskilling and/or reskilling training programmes for their employees. The training programme is either implemented within the company or delivered by an external training centre/provider.

Applicants must be active in at least one of the EU Member States, or EU candidate countries, or EEA EFTA countries.

Why to participate?

The winner gains:

  • recognition and honour;

  • a trophy;

  • an invitation to Award Celebration of the sixth European Vocational Skills Week;

  • international visibility in European Commission social media channels and European Vocational Skills Week website;

  • presentation of the initiative on relevant European platforms, including EPALE!

How to participate?

Companies wishing to apply for the Award must complete this submission form, presenting the upskilling and/or reskilling training programme they offer to their employees.

The deadline is 27 March (23.59 CET).
