Policy approach for basic skills in adult learning: success criteria (Part 1)

This is a very real and actual situation, mostly because of the fact that adult educators deliver the majority of their lessons in actual schools or a school environment. This can have a negative effect on adult learners who may have had a miserable experience during their compulsory education years so they might feel reluctant to go back to such an environment even though they might be very willing to learn something new. Logistically it is a major problem because to have lessons in other places might not always be possible due to lack of resources, funds and actual premises.
