“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” - Henry Ford.Fresh ideas, new approaches, an international outlook….These are all things a successful partnership can provide. But how do you find the right organisations and individuals to make the perfect partnership? Follow these simple steps and you should be on the right track.

  1. Look in the right places

You can exchange ideas and create networking opportunities with individuals or organisations through the EPALE Partner Search. Propose an activity and invite others to contact you and get involved.

  1. Get to the point

Add a partner request if you already have a clear idea of the type of organisation, a particular country or a specific sector within adult learning you are looking for.

  1. Help others to find you

You may be the ideal partner for someone else’s project! Make yourself visible by filling out your user profile with as much information as possible so that other users can easily find you.

  1. Get advice from someone who has already been there

There are many organisations who have had experience working with transnational partners. Spend some time getting their tips for what worked (and perhaps more importantly, what didn’t).

  1. Get noticed!

Post content, comments, and joining forums on EPALE to help share your share your adult learning knowledge and stand out to potential partners.
