Kickstart your Future - 5 Day Workshop
The Ballyhoura Jobs Club Kick Start your Future Programme is specifically geared toward unemployed people who may have lost direction in moving forward and may be lacking motivation in what steps to take next on their job hunting journey.
This programme incorporates not just the core skills that are needed while job seeking but also important elements like goal setting, minding your mental health and wellness. Being unemployed can take it's toll mentally, especially in the current Covid-19 situation, so it's important to have the skills and techniques to manage more effectively during periods of short-term or long-term unemployment.
This series of five hour-long training workshops will provide assistance with all aspects of job hunting.
These workshops will take place over 5 days from Monday 6th to Friday 10th of July from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

- Preparing a Professional CV
- Writing an effective Cover Letter
- Interview skills
- Mock virtual interviews on Zoom
- How to job search effectively on line
- Identifying your transferable skills
- Goal setting
- Wellness and minding your mental health
