Within the framework of Erasmus, professionals from Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Turkey started in November 2019 a common project, called Putting the “unheard gender” in spotlight.
Our project is based on the following, shared hypothesis:
Currently men are under-represented in all forms of formal or non-formal learning (that are not directly connected with their work) and fewer men than women get involved in or benefit from the social projects, no matter what their age, ethnicities or social backgrounds is.
The overall goal of our Erasmus+ Partnership is to promote knowledge sharing and exchange of experiences among the implementing partners to develop and reinforce gender equality in their training and services arrangements as well as increase their capacity to reach male beneficiaries on a sustained basis. As partnership we agreed to
- “browse” regional and national context of each partner and identify Good Practices targeted to men and related experiences, products (curriculums, tool boxes, learning materials, etc.) and to
- share the knowledge and experiences of this identified Good Practices.
The scheduled Webinar will present the some of the activities of our partnership, specially the Good Practice explored our Polish colleagues, introducing the work of Masculinum Foundation.
After register you will receive the access link. For registration, please, send an email to the coordinator, Dr. Wolfgang Bautz, using the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
