Some of these problems are: a.    to bring interdisciplinary teams and work together in integrating new technologies and improving the flow of business processes, b.    to end inequalities and prejudices in the workplace, and c.    to allow individuals to become aware of their own power to change the conditions of their work.

"Vulnerable groups" is a syntagma that implies different groups of citizens, and certainly includes members of minority ethnic groups, regardless of the basis of that status. Adult education and lifelong learning are one of the main drivers of national development. Adult education encompasses the entirety of the adult learning process designed to pursue the right to free personal development, employability training (acquisition of first occupation qualifications, retraining, acquisition and deepening of professional knowledge, skills and competences) and active citizenship training. Adult education provides a means of improving skills or learning new skills for those affected by unemployment, reorganization and change of occupation and also makes an important contribution to social inclusion, active citizenship and personal development. Here are some suggestions how to improve adult learning.
