Šis straipsnelis yra kartų mokymosi patirties Bavarijoje pasidalijimo tęsinys. Pirmojoje straipsnelių serijos dalyje apžvelgiau įdomiausius leidinio „Kartų mokymasis ir pilietinis įtrauktumas. Kaip galima stiprinti bendravimą ir sąveiką tarp kartų ir visuomenėje“ aspektus apie kartų mokymosi būtinybę, naudą skirtingoms amžiaus grupėms ir pilietiškumo ugdymui bendruomenėje. Straipsnelyje pasidalinsiu kai kuriomis teorinėmis įžvalgomis, į kurias atsižvelgia Bavarijoje rengiamų kartų mokymosi projektų vykdytojai. One of the barriers for non-participation of adults in education and training was found to be previous failure in learning, interpreted as negative prior education experiences (DIMA 2.0 project, 2020; Paterson, 2018; Roosmaa & Saar, 2017). Also found as dispositional, attitudinal, or internal barriers, these experiences produce a sense of inadequacy and inability towards learning.

Tästä syystä eurooppalainen yhteistyöhanke ImproVal on selvittänyt, miten vapaaehtoiset itse sekä vapaaehtoistoimintaa ylläpitävät organisaatiot ovat voineet hyödyntää osaamisen tunnistamisen ja tunnistamisen prosessin tuloksia - vai onko niitä pystytty hyödyntämään lainkaan.

By 2030, there will be nearly one billion people age 65 and older around the world, a group that between 2015 and 2030 will grow at four times the rate of the overall global population. Managing this demographic transformation requires governments, businesses, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to fundamentally rethink the roles older adults can and should play in our communities and economies. Recognizing this, in 2017, AARP and FP Analytics partnered to launch the Aging Readiness and Competitiveness (ARC) initiative.
