The Final Conference of Adult Migrant Integration Experts’ project that took place in Athens, Greece. The event took place in the Athenian University, at auditorium Drakopoulou in the Central Building of Ethniko Kapodistriako Panepistimio Athinon, on the 22nd October 2019. – the Adult Migrant Integration Experts project (ADMIRE) is an Erasmus+ project that aimed to- develop a Migrant Integration Expert Curriculum for Adult educators, migrant support workers and members of migrant communities in order to - promote empowerment, participation and active citizenship of all migrants. The project is coordinated by the University of Peloponnese in Greece, with the collaboration of five other partners from Cyprus, France, Ireland, Italy and Spain. It is implemented from October 2017 to September 2019. The event was hosted in with the aim of presenting the outputs and online resources developed as part of the ADmiRE project and highlighting the project’s approach to supporting adults to be migrant integration experts. UOP members presented the ADmiRE outputs and the main guidelines of the project’s philosophy. The presentation was based on the relative elaborated scientific paper. Other stakeholders and members of migrant communities participated in the conference and made significant interventions.

By the end of 2018, more than 645,000 Syrian and other refugee children were enrolled in Turkish public schools and temporary education centres across the country – a five per cent increase over the previous school year. Over 47,000 young Syrian and Turkish children were enrolled in early childhood education. The Conditional Cash Transfer for Education for refugee children expanded significantly in 2018, from 188,500 children enrolled in January to nearly 411,000 in December.

Het ESF-project JOBstap! is erop gericht om niet-gealfabetiseerde anderstaligen meer perspectief te bieden op de arbeidsmarkt, en de kloof tussen de doelgroep en de arbeidsmarkt te verkleinen. De dienstverlening van JOBstap! is een niet-formeel aanvullend aanbod dat uitgaat van de sterktes van deelnemers. In een lerend netwerk verwerven de deelnemers arbeidsmarktcompetenties en leren ze hun leerproces meer in eigen handen nemen.

My name is Sona Stefkova, and I represent an adult educational company in Bratislava (Slovakia) -
We are interested to be a partner in your KA1 or KA2 projects, we can offer best practice and trainings related to soft-skills, self-development and leadership topics. We also have experiences leading Erasmus+ project (we are recently leading partner and partner of different projects).

Our main areas of educating and focus are:

Europa hat in den letzten Jahren einen der stärksten Zuwächse in seiner Geschichte hinsichtlich der Zahl der Migranten erlebt. Leider führt dies zu großen Spaltungen in der Gesellschaft. Das Projekt Fusée de détresse (dt.: Signalrakete) will soziale Ausgrenzung bekämpfen.

Tine Baert is educatief directeur van CBE Open School Kortrijk – Roeselare. Met de projecten ‘Alfa naar Werk’ werkt haar centrum mee aan een oplossing voor een bestaande nood in West-Vlaanderen. Op de trefdag ‘Geletterdheid op het werk: w@ is d@?’ vertelde zij meer over deze oplossing.

Hösten 2015 hade Sverige den största invandringen sedan andra världskriget. Många människor sökte skydd från krig, förföljelse och mänskligt lidande. Välfärdssystemet sattes under press. Det civila samhället mobiliserades runtom i landet till stöd för de nyanlända. Regeringen satsade stora riktade resurser till studieförbunden, som gavs i uppdrag att erbjuda asylsökande en introduktion till det svenska språket och det svenska samhället. I augusti 2019 presenterades en ny forskningsrapport med just fokus på denna verksamhet.

„Soziale Inklusion benachteiligter Familien“ - das war das zentrale Thema des vom Diözesan-Caritasverband für das Erzbistum Köln koordinierten Erasmus+ Projektes, das im Oktober 2017 startete und nun mit einem Workshop in Brüssel endete. Dort stellte das internationale Projektteam der Europäischen Kommission die Projektergebnisse vor und diskutierte über die zukünftigen Inhalte des Bildungsprogramms für sozial ausgegrenzte Menschen.

Lisa Van Quickelberghe is educatief medewerker voor loopbaanbegeleiding bij de vakbond ABVV. Op de 'Trefdag Geletterdheid op het Werk: w@ is d@?' vertelde zij in een pitch wat dit precies inhoudt en hoe zij daarbij rekening houden met kansengroepen en laaggeletterden.

U Bosni i Hercegovini veliki problem predstavlja socijalna isključenost jer je 49% stanovnika BiH po nekom osnovu socijalno isključeno, što našu državu svrstava na treće mjesto jer je ovaj indeks lošiji  samo u Srbiji i Sjevernoj Makedoniji, prema podacima koje je u svom istraživanju sprovela Fondacija za socijalno uključivanje u BiH i Inicijativa za bolju i humaniju inkluziju.

Thanks to the funding from Erasmus+ sub-programme of Support for Policy Reform, within the action of Social inclusion through education, training and youth a new e-learning platform for educators is in its finishing state. This platform will offer educators a complete curriculum for implementing philosophical inquiry in classrooms, modules for teaching about diversity and global issues as well as a media library with a collection of approaches in different countries and materials in different languages.

V četrtek, 10. 10.  je pod okriljem Zasavske ljudske univerze potekal strokovni dogodek z naslovom "Ali bomo kos izzivom, ki jih prinaša Strategija dolgožive družbe v Zasavje?" Predstavljeno je bilo stanje v regiji, priložnosti in možnosti za vseživljenjsko učenje, večgeneracijsko sodelovanje in socialno vključevanje ter koncept aktivnega staranja in Strategije dolgožive družbe.

Searching partners for KA204 project

We are searching for partner for KA204 project. Project is about KEY competentencies with highlight on IT competencies. We are searching for the partners that have experience in field of IT and which can share experience and good practice. POU “Procesor" is an adult learning institution that has units in some of disadvantaged areas in Croatia according to National policies.

Nous avons échangé avec Frédéric Peyrou, Directeur adjoint de l’association Insert Net de Bordeaux à propos du projet Européen Solidérance (projet ERASMUS), dont il est un des initiateurs. Débuté en 2017, ce projet a été porté par un consortium d’organismes de la métropole Bordelaise, spécialisés dans la formation professionnelle, l’insertion et la solidarité.   Au regard des expériences menées, des impacts et réussites observés, un deuxième projet, Solidérance 2 se prépare en cette fin 2019, élargissant notamment le nombre de structures partenaires et les lieux de chantiers. 

Det er viktig å kunne godt norsk for å få seg jobb og for å beholde jobben, selv i omstillinger og nedgangstider. Men hva er godt nok?
